What is healing?
Healing is a process of being human. We come into this world as pure conscious beings and then life happens. We lose parts of ourselves or become disconnected to our true selves and our true purpose. Healing helps us get back to or remember who we truly are.
We know when we need to heal ourselves by certain symptoms.
- you are extremely tired and don't know why
- you feel uncomfortable being around people
- you can't seem to keep your head above water
- your skin is pale
- you feel weak
- you are unable to concentrate or get through daily tasks
These are just some of the signs you may need help healing yourself. Struggles come in life but we are not meant to stay in that state. If you find yourself relating to any of this, you may find relief by seeing a healer.
What to look for when you are searching for a healer.
You should do research on the person you are thinking about going to and see how long they have been doing the work, what training they have had and what their approach is. First find someone you connect with. That is a good sign. Then do your research.
There are a lot of people who decide to do healing work without first healing themselves. This can actually harm people when they haven't done the work themselves. Ask the universe to guide you or for a sign. The universe and your higher self is here to guide you through your own healing process.
Life ebbs and flows so we are always ebbing and flowing. It is when you can no longer hold yourself up that is when to look for help. You are not alone on this path. Your ancestors and guides are always with you whether you know it or not, ask them for their help.
